Built by Bishopstone Homes, Amberley Gardens is an exclusive collection of just seven luxury homes in Kingsteignton, Devon. Each of the detached properties have a grand specification throughout as standard and have been fitted with high end features such as wine fridges, smart speaker and underfloor heating.
the process
Our task was to produce the brochure design & marketing for these luxury homes.
The brochure is an important sales tool as these homes start by selling off-plan. We wanted to show the customer that Amberley Gardens is a high-end product from the moment they picked up the brochure. So we added a velvet lamination to the cover and foiled the logo to give the customer their first taste of Amberley’s luxury.
The inside of the brochure has been left clean and simple so that the product can speak for itself. Large internal computer-generated imagery plays a vital role in selling that ‘wow factor’ when selling off-plan.
A mixture of signage and flags was produced for the front of the site. The boards have been designed so that the messaging can be updated throughout the duration of the site.
A series of online materials have also been produced to engage a wider audience, such as Rightmove graphics, custom HTML emails and a range of social media posts.
