Identity and marketing material to aid the sale of The Pinnacle, Newton Abbot.

The Project

The Pinnacle is a beautiful collection of just 18 bespoke, luxury homes consisting of three, four and five bedrooms. Privately gated, The Pinnacle commands exclusivity nestled within a sought after address in Newton Abbot.

On Behalf of developers, Ogwell Developments Ltd, we were tasked with creating an identity and sales brochure with supporting marketing tools for The Pinnacle.

Logo mark

The Pinnacle logo embodies the essence of our exquisite collection of luxury homes. The mark itself utilises a thin line weight, conveying a sense of elegance and sophistication. This delicate touch is paired with a captivating gold gradient, symbolising value and exclusivity and the unique, bespoke nature of each residence. The combination reflects the unparalleled quality and discerning taste that define The Pinnacle experience.

Sales Material

Within the design system are templates for social media, documents such as price lists, letters, specification sheets and printed materials. The system allows every piece of marketing to stay consistent whilst increasing customer recognition when selling the development.

Brochure

The brochure for this unique collection of luxury homes is designed to be a comprehensive and enticing guide for potential off-plan buyers. It delves into the development’s story, highlighting its prime location and the inspiration behind the project. Detailed floor plans provide a clear picture of each home’s layout and functionality, while stunning visuals showcase the properties’ architectural design, interior finishes, and surrounding environment. This combination allows potential buyers to envision living in this luxurious space, fostering a connection with the property before it’s even built. By offering a glimpse into the exclusive lifestyle offered by the development, the brochure becomes a powerful tool for driving sales before construction is complete.

Floorplans

We created sales floor plans to match the core identity. They have been simplified for a better customer experience with an additional mini map to show the location of the apartment within the building.
