Luxury brand and identity for a luxury collection of homes at The Orchard.

The Project

The Orchard is a bespoke collection of just five luxury homes nestled in a sought-after location in Matford, Exeter. The development is brought to you by a well-known local developer, Bishopstone Homes, who have cleverly designed these homes to create a feeling of luxury at every turn. Each material and finish used has been hand-picked by Bishopstone Homes to develop a sense of quality to create beautiful homes built to last both inside and out.

On behalf of Complete Property, we were tasked to design and create the identity, marketing and sales tools for Bishopstone Homes’ latest development, The Orchard.

Due to each home’s price point and level of finish, the Bishopstone homes team wanted an identity that projected luxury. The name The Orchard was derived from the surrounding fields and countryside.

Building on this narrative, the logo and visual language created encapsulate luxury and modern living.

We chose an elegant and sophisticated heading serif typeface to give a sense of opulence across the identity. This was paired with a clean, simple san-serif complimenting the heading type.

The colour palette was also considered. Green and gold have been used, suggesting a sense of indulgence while also possessing warmth and humility.

The design tools were then implemented across the identity system for all sales tools and materials to help with off-plan sales. The materials created included: a sales brochure, illustrated floorplans, illustrated sitemap, launch event material, custom emails and signage solutions.
